After a few days without internet due to the craziest wind storm ever, we are back in action! Yay! And just in time to share some Friday Favorites with you! We had been waiting until London got her boot off and was back to walking normally to start the potty training shuffle, and it is finally upon us!
Things I remember from potty training Peyton: it sucked. Like, it really, really sucked. And I hate pull-ups.
This time around, I have a tiny bit of experience under my belt, but London has proved to be very different from Peyton in every other aspect, so I am sure this will be no different. And I’m not proud, I will take all the help I can get…. Which is why I was so excited when Ubbi World sent us their 3-in-1 potty. This potty chair can be taken apart and it becomes a step stool and a seat for on the big toilet. And it’s compact and stylish (as a potty chair can be!). It’s also super easy to clean, which can be the biggest deal-breaker.
Now that we have the toilet under control, and I know how much I hate pull-ups (I mean, they’re just a glorified diaper, right?), I needed to find Lo the cutest panties. Of course, we have a nice stash of her favorites, like Elsa and Elmo, but I wanted something super cute – especially if I am doing laundry on rotation! My friend Jenna at Bumbelou just happened to release the cutest undies for girls at the most perfect time for us, and was sweet enough to send London 2 pair to get her started on her journey to being a big girl!
Do you guys have any sure-fire potty training tips or advice? I would LOVE to hear it! Happy Friday, friends!
