Easter is just around the corner, and we have been having the best weather yet — Spring is DEFINITELY in the air!
One of my favorite Easter traditions (aside from filling the house with 10,000 tulips) is filling the girls’ baskets with fun goodies (other than candy!). Here are a few things I am planning for their baskets:
pjs | magnet blocks | egg hunt kit (also love this one!) | crayons | peep lollipop | chalk| bunny toy | plastic eggs | rattle
Play dough and bubbles would also be fun basket-fillers. Since warm weather is fast approaching, I am all about anything we can get outside and enjoy! I am always stumped as to what to put in a baby’s basket thats, well, practical. These booties from Little Pear Wood would be perfect – and they can be rolled up to fit into a plastic egg! (Check in on Instagram Friday for a chance to win a pair!!) I found mini mylar balloon letters for each girls’ basket, too!
We are doing Easter brunch at our country club, then I have big plans for an egg hunt for the girls when we get home. I bought some fun stickers and temporary tattoos to fill those cute, metallic eggs with!
I also saw on Pinterest the most adorable Easter Eve tradition!! You take your kids outside and plant some “magic jelly beans”, the next morning, they grow into lollipops! HOW FUN?! All over that one.
Cute!! I love how it’s all color coordinated!
Has to be! 😉
Your girls are lucky to have a fun mom! So many moms go nuts over easyer baskets and it’s like Christmas! Nice to see you stayed normal, but still made it fun!
Thank you so much!
Oh so fun! We also go for bubbles and chalk, since it’s springtime 🙂 and jelly beans!!
I was just looking at your Easter Basket Fillers and love them all – thanks for sharing!
