Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful and amazing mommies out there! I hope your kiddos and hubbies are spoiling you today!
Love this little project Peyton made me at pre-school:
I think it’s time for me to start looking for a new job 😉
David had flowers delivered to me Friday, and Peyton (of course) noticed them immediately when she got home from pre-school. She asked where they were from, and I sweetly told her daddy got them for me for Mother’s Day. Peyton burst into tears. Real-life, actual tears. Through the sobs she mumbled, “but I wanted to get you Mother’s Day flowers!” So off to Costco we went (secret: Costco has the best fresh-cut flowers!) Peyton knows I love tulips, so she kept saying she was going to get me tulips. However, she saw hot pink roses and that was that. Halfway around Costco, she says, “mommy, these flowers. Are they for you or for me?” I think she had her own little agenda the whole time.
P is showing the flowers to everyone who has come over since, and it’s sooo cute.

Again, happiest of Mother’s Days to you all, and thanks for reading!
P is so sweet!
She really is a big sweetheart 🙂
My LO had almost the same worksheet for me Friday, too. So precious! I was 7 and my favorite food was chocolate milk 😉
They’re so funny 😉
