My Favorites from Moroccanoil

Let’s start in the shower. I love the Moroccanoil Moisture Repair Shampoo and Conditioner. They both contain highly-reparative formulas that gently cleanse, while infusing each strand with antioxidant-rich argan oil, keratin, fatty acids, proteins and other nutrients.

Ok, what does that mean for your hair? They are sulfate free (which is a huge bonus for me), they rebuild elasticity, and restore moisture. The shampoo and conditioner are also safe to use on color-treated hair!

Next up, the Restorative Hair Mask – which is one of my top 3 picks from this collection. To use: you wash your hair, then towel dry, apply evenly the mask (I like to use a comb, so I can make sure I get it distributed from root-to-tip!), leave on 5-7 minutes, rinse well, and finish with the conditioner. After just one use, my hair felt amazing. When I was rinsing it, my hair was so soft, it felt like the water. Maybe a weird description, but try it and you’ll understand 😉 I will say, a little goes a long way. I used too much the first time, and had to rinse, rinse, rinse to get it all out.

The Mending Fusion is another top 3 pick for me. This product is like magic in a jar for split ends! You can use it on dry ends after your hair has been styled. OR use it on damp ends while you’re blow drying to seal it in a little better.

Speaking of blow drying hair, the Perfect Defense spray works to re-hydrate your hair while protecting your hair against heat styling!

My number one favorite from the collection is the Moroccanoil Treatment. I love the versatility of this product; it can be used a conditioning, styling, or finishing oil. Bonus: it speeds up drying time, when applied to towel-dried hair – I could notice the difference! it comes with a handy pump, so you can get the perfect amount each time; I like to use 1 pump, and add it to my dry, styled hair to tame fly-aways and to condition my ends throughout the day. After just one use, my hair was shiny and my ends felt and looked healthier. I would avoid using this around your roots, if you hair is like mine, though!

After just one week of using the Moroccanoil Repair Collection, my hair was noticeably shinier, and my ends looked so much healthier – despite going very blonde from being very dark AND heat-styling almost daily!
