At Home Teeth Whitening with Smile Brilliant

Life with kids is crazy. David and I generally run around all week, and then you all know we love our Friday night date nights. Lately, we have been having some fun at home together. No, it’s not that 😉 we have been whitening our teeth!

I was so excited to partner up with Smile Brilliant to get a brighter smile! After doing some research on teeth whitening, we knew we wanted to go with whitening trays VS LED light kits. Smile Brilliant offers professional teeth whitening at home. The process was simple. First, we made our own molds of our teeth, then we mailed them off in the included pre-paid envelope. A week or so later, our custom-fitted teeth whitening trays arrived back, and we were able to start whitening that night.

The kit comes with the whitening gel and a desensitizing gel, so you can still whiten your teeth if you have sensitive teeth (which was great for David). I should note that I never had to use the desensitizing gel! We filled our trays, and left them in for 30-45 minutes. We did this 3 times a week, for about a month, and I am amazed with the results!

Ok, so here’s our before and after photos. Admittedly, we didn’t have awful teeth. We don’t smoke and don’t drink coffee, but I can definitely see a change (and not just my hair color or my post-Vegas sunburned face LOL).

 

I have to say, I am very impressed with Dave’s results. He isn’t the biggest fan of whitening, since his teeth are so sensitive, but this system made it easy (and painless) for him!
