If you’ve been following my blog, you know I looooove Hocus Pocus around Halloween. Actually, I love it year-round, it’s just seasonly appropriate in the fall. ANYWAY. My husband has been wanting to have an outdoor movie night since we have the outside TV and patio furniture set up. Naturally, I suggested Hocus Pocus. I have pinned about 30 different versions of Hocus Pocus drinking games, and have been just waiting for a chance to play. Obviously, I won’t be drinking (hey oh, baby on board!), fortunately, I also won’t be partaking in the next morning hangover.
I picked my favorite rules from each version of the game I found to compile the ultimate Hocus Pocus Drinking Game!
Ready?
Everyone takes 1 drink anytime…
– Winifred calls for her “booooook”
– Mary smells a child
– Billy Butcherson loses a limb
– Thackary Binx (yes, I spelled it wrong on my sign and couldn’t find white out, sue me!) loses a life
– Sarah honks the horn on the bus
– Someone makes fun of a virgin
One person drinks…
– if you’re a virgin, drink while Max lights the Black Flame Candle * see additional rules for more info
– When Sarah sings “Come little children”, the youngest person in the room must finish their drink
– The oldest person drinks whenever Winifred is called “old” or a “hag”
Additional Rules…
– The entire room must finish their drinks during the “I Put a Spell on You” performance
– “Damn damn double damn” is the only curse word allowed during the game, anyone who says anything else takes a drink
– If someone misquotes a line, they must wear the witch hat, whoever is wearing it at the end of the movie must shotgun a beer
– When Max burns the sisters, everyone takes a pull of Fireball
– * When Max lights the Black Flame Candle, everyone pours some of their drink into one cup, the virgin must drink it. If no one is a virgin, then you’re all a bunch of sluts and you all have to take a sip of the “witches brew”
– When the sisters have a “calming circle”, everyone must sit quietly and chug their drinks until they feel calm
