Happy Monday, friends!! You saw this cute floral dress in my post last week about transitional pieces for fall, and I love it so much, I had to wear it again! Fall florals are totally a thing, right?
Typically, white dresses and florals are reserved for spring and summertime. While I do think this dress would be perfect for a summertime backyard wedding, brunch, or even a baby shower, with the right accessories, with the right accessories, your cute summery dress can instantly transform into fall florals!
I opted to pair this dress with a denim jacket, as I wanted the blue florals to pop! I kept everything else neutral, with tan ankle boots and my favorite Gucci Soho Bag!
Super off-topic, but if you are looking to invest in a designer bag, I would 500% recommend the Gucci Soho! Typically, I carry a large tote (like my LV Neverfull or my Chanel Deauville), or I carry a WOC (wallet on chain – a small bag). I love that this bag feels like a WOC. While at the same time, the Soho bag is big enough to fit my phone, a handful of face masks, my keys, 2 sunglasses cases, lip glosses, hand lotion, hand sanitizer, my wallet (which is a cardholder), and – apparently – crayons from breakfast last week that found their way in there ???? but the point is: it’s really spacious for being so little!
Are you sick of these ankle booties yet? I am OBSESSED – I actually haven’t found an outfit they DON’T go with! They went on sale earlier this year, and are almost sold out, but I managed to find a super similar pair from one of my favorite shoe brands!
I shot this look on a warm, sunny day… and it’s grey and dreary here now! While I was hoping we would get a few more weeks in the 70s, but Michigan Weather definitely had other plans! What’s the weather like where you are? Are you bundling up already? Or still sitting beachside?
