My Favorites from COOLA

If you follow me on Instagram, then you’ve probably noticed we are loving COOLA sunscreen. Fun fact: we used another brand of sunscreen for nearly 3 years, but were constantly disappointed by how fast we would go through them (they didn’t have a lot of bang for the buck!), but it was natural, smelled amazing, and we never got burned. Last summer, I got sick of it, and decided to try COOLA. We never looked back.

COOLA sent us goodies to keep us protected from the sun all summer long, and today, I am so excited to share some of my favorites from COOLA that you need for summer fun!

Ok, so at a glance, those are my essentials, but I have so many favorites from COOLA. Let’s jump right in!

The Sunscreen

COOLA sunscreen doesn’t just smell amazing, the bottles last way longer than any other spray sunscreen we have ever used.

This is my favorite sunscreen for a few other reasons, too: ⁣

It smells like coconuts and heaven
It’s vegan and reef-friendly
It’s waterproof, and never gets slimy/oily/peely like other spray sunscreens can!

If coconuts aren’t your thing, they have an SPF 50 guava scent that’s equally as amazing, and an unscented version – as well as an all-new mineral spray, that I talked about in this blog post.

The Scalp and Hair Mist

I always forget to put sunscreen on my part when I am outside with my hair down, and it gets burned at least once a summer. Then it gets all gross and flakey – nobody wants sunburn dandruff in the summer! COOLA to the rescue! This Organic Scalp and Hair Mist is made with SPF 30, so it protects from heat, UV rays, and color fading while keeping hair healthy and moisturized.

I use this mist on myself and the girls! It’s water resistant for up to 80 minutes, so I know their heads stay protected from the sun!

Full Spectrum Sun Silk Drops

You always think to wear sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun, but do you think about the other damaging rays your skin comes into contact with on a daily basis?! I didn’t! COOLA did, though!

I tried their Full Spectrum 360° Sun Silk Drops for one weekend, and was sold!! I was so impressed! The formula is made of 70%+ certified organic ingredients and protects against UVA/UVB, infrared, and HEV light – so my skin is protected if I’m at the beach or if I’m at home!

I love that their Sun Silk Drops also contains hyaluronic acid, so it’s super nourishing for my face – and never feels greasy.

The Mineral Liplux

I am typically more of a gloss fan, but I gave the Mineral Liplux a shot since I hadn’t disliked any COOLA product I’ve tried. I am hooked, guys. Like, “Hello, my name is Jenna, and I am addicted to COOLA’s Lip Balm” — that’s the level we are at here.

They don’t hit you with a ton of color, and they NEVER get on your front teeth (bonus, if you’re irresponsible with lipsticks like I am – oops!). I love how it adds a subtle hint of natural color while protecting, nourishing and conditioning your lips. Here are some key features:
