I feel like these month updates get a little later each month, but you know what they say: Better late than never! So here we go:
Our tiny tank absolutely loves to eat. Mangos, applesauce, bananas, Ritz crackers, and Popsicles are her favorites. Adaline sleeps through the night, and wakes up happy (most mornings), which officially makes her our best sleeper! Third time’s the charm! She still falls asleep anywhere and everywhere (and sleeps through anything). Most recently, she fell asleep in her swan pool float at a pool party.
Addy can scoot backwards and in circles, as well as log roll across a room in a blink of an eye. She can get up on all fours, but ends up going backwards, but it looks like crawling is just around the corner! She loves the dogs and her sisters. She could watch them play for hours, and is a good sport about London loving too hard, and always cheers for Peyton’s gymnastics routines!
We are currently in the trenches with her cutting her first tooth, which is leaving her a fussy, drool-covered mess. Our seven month must-have list is tailored mostly to combating the teething stage! bamboo teether | teething sticks | squeaky teether | drool bibs (use code HEYJENNA for 15% off!) | orange teether | lovey | carrier | Parasol diapers (save 20% on your first subscription with code Hey20)
Out of all the teethers I’ve offered to Adeline, the teething sticks are her favorite. She will sit and go to town on them. London was also obsessed with them, when she was working on her back teeth, since the shape made it easy to reach!
Drool bibs are a MUST, unless you’re into changing your kid a dozen times a day (which I totally did when Peyton was an only child, but don’t nobody got time for that with three!!). I love the June & January velcro bibs and these Copper Pearl ones are so stylish (and you may use code HEYJENNA to save 15% through Tuesday!). I love that buffalo plaid for fall!
(PS. Check out my Instagram (@heyitsjenna) later today with a little giveaway featuring Copper Pearl!!)
Lastly, let’s take a second to talk about diapers. We tried a few different brands for Adaline, my main concern was keeping dry through the night, so we used the Pampers Extra Dry, which weren’t exactly gentle on her sensitive skin. Enter Parasol. They had me hooked with their fun branding, I mean, the packaging is just so cute, and then the diaper designs are even cuter. And then we got our first shipment. I’ve become the crazy lady, who goes up to her friends with kids and says things like, “Hey, feel these diapers!” but really, they’re the softest diapers ever. Like real underwear. If I were a baby, once I went Parasol, I’d never go back. I’ll go full-blown diaper crazy on another post though. If you do want to give Parasol diapers a try, they offer a trial box (8 diapers and a 20 pack of wipes!) for only $5 shipping, and if (or when) you love them, use code Hey20 to save 20% on your first subscription box!
Have a great Thursday! 🙂
