Nesting is in full-effect. Since the nursery is complete, I’ve slowly been overhauling our upstairs decor. We have the giant fireplace wall, and I love the rustic feel of the rugged brick, so new “rustic” decor was necessary!
lantern | small flower, large flower | pillow | bowls | glass vase | candle (smells AMAZING) | wood frame
Here is a glimpse of how things are coming together:
copper wire ball | similar house figural
Next up: we need to replace the area rug in the main living area (yes. already). Having a toddler, a pre-schooler, and potty-training a puppy has really taken a toll on it. Not to mention just thinking about the amount of toys, goldfish crackers, spilled formula, and who knows what else has been swallowed by the shag carpet totally grosses me out.
I have my OB appointment today. I always get so excited to hear baby girl’s heartbeat. The final countdown has begun!! Happy Tuesday, friends!
