We had an extremely crazy end to our week! Wednesday, we went to a charity gala supporting the area public schools. A few families from Peyton’s pre-school went in with us to get a table sponsorship, so that was fun! Thursday, Dave and I joined our friends for a Darius Rucker concert. I didn’t think I liked country, but his wagon wheel cover is suuuuuper catchy! And, thankfully, he played a lot of Hootie songs! Win! Friday, David and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary!! Crazy how fast five years can fly by… probably because we spent the majority chasing after tiny humans 😉 We went out to dinner at the country club, and had celebratory crab legs – yum!
I’m also officially 29 weeks pregnant, and feeling it. My feet/shins are in a constant state of “why are you still wearing heels??” and I’m cranky if I’m not in bed by 10. But! The end is near! I cannot wait to see our three girls all together! I get super gooey/emotional thinking about the three of them (insert heart eyes emoji here)
Here’s a peek into our busy last few days:
coat is old from zara (similar here) | similar dress (non-maternity style here) | shoes | purse
sweater from stitch fix (click here to join!!) | similar scarf | purse | similar boots
dress | scarf | coat | purse | boots
I do love dressing up and going out, but nothing makes me happier than being at home and seeing these two goofballs in their matching Halloween jammies (we just can’t quit them!)
I’ve also been taking a lot of outfit of the day photos. What are your thoughts? Like them? Over them? Feedback is appreciated – somedays I only ever want to wear yoga pants, and other days, I feel like I could go back to fashion blogging daily.
We woke up to a winter wonderland today! And are expecting another three inches tomorrow – yay! It’s beginning to look a lot like christmas. Funny story: P told our babysitter that we were skipping Thanksgiving this year, and going right to Christmas – my kind of girl!
Enjoy your weekend!!!
I love the outfit posts! Maybe do more than just mirro selfies so we can see the clothes more? 🙂
Thanks for the feedback – I’ll definitely try to step the photo game up 😉
Yes daily outfit posts!!!
🙂 I’ll try to do more!!
Why short skirt to blacktie? Seems very nouveau riche
Is this titanic? For the event, black tie was optional. Had my husband worn his tux, I would have gone with a more formal gown. Also, being 29 weeks pregnant, it really limits my wardrobe ???? thanks for your concern though!
where on earth do you find the energy!? and pregnant!! I am exhausted just reading it! hahaha
lots of coffee 😉
