We got home last night from our week up north. I swear, sometimes vacations don’t really feel like vacations. When you have two kids, no one is really “relaxing” on the beach, and definitely nobody is sleeping in. Thanks, London. We did have the best time up north, however! The weather was in the upper 80s the whole time, and the one day that it did rain on us, we got treated with a gorgeous double rainbow!

I have been doing these since Peyton was born. Who says a stay-at-home-mom can’t use her college degree?! The last few summers, I have let P pick the music (examples: Taylor Swift and that annoyingly catchy Singin in the Shower song), but this year, I let David pick, he chose Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros – Home!
