Getting a Walmart+ membership has turned out to be one of the smartest things I’ve done this year! I shared in an earlier blog post (link to my first Walmart+ post) about how my Walmart+ membership was my ultimate mom hack, and it’s still true!
I am doing all of my packing with Walmart+ from now on! 2020 has been a wild year, so we are taking the opportunity to create some fun memories! As a surprise Christmas present for the girls (and ourselves ????), we rented a house on the beach. Can you think of anything more relaxing over the holidays that getting a little change of scenery… but the pre-trip prep is typically full of stress. Between the planning and packing, I am usually running around like a madwoman the days before we leave!
Confession time: I am the worst procrastinator when it comes to packing, so I usually end up trying to cram everything for the 5 of us into packing cubes and into the suitcases a few hours before we have to leave. Needless to say, toiletries are almost always forgotten.
But hey, the mom in Home Alone forgot a kid! I may forget the travel toothpaste, but at least I remembered all three kids! Haha
Midway-through my packing hustle, I realized I forgot to pick up travel-sized anything. I hopped on Walmart+, and was able to get a delivery time in just a few hours for all our travel essentials from our local store!
I kept folding and packing while Walmart+ did all the hard work for me! Having my favorite wrinkle-release spray and travel toothpaste arrive at my doorstep saved me from having one more errand to run before we leave. My favorite Walmart+ membership benefit is the free delivery on orders from my store $35+ (usually the same day!), restrictions apply.
While scrolling through Walmart+, I even found some cute sunglasses for the girls, and added a Red Bull for myself so I could finish powering through this!
