We try to get away for one week with family and friends each summer, and I am so glad we were able to still do it this year, all things considered. We had fun in the sun, but staying sun-safe at the beach is huge for me! Today, I am excited to share a few of our favorite products from COOLA for staying sun-safe at the beach!

You can’t show up to the beach without an arsenal of sun protection! Here are a few of my favorite COOLA products:
Sun-Safe Beauty Products
I love using beauty and skincare products that already have SPF in them. I feel like it’s an added extra layer of protection! COOLA’s bb cream subtlety tints your skin, while blending perfectly. It is made with Rose Stem Cells, which helps to smooth, moisturize, and replenish your skin’s natural resilience and improve visible signs of aging for radiant, youthful-looking skin. It is also SPF 30, so your face stays protected from the sun!
One of my favorite ever COOLA products are the LipLux Balms! Not only are they made with SPF 30, they add a hint of subtle, rosy color using naturally-derived pigment while protecting, nourishing and softening your lips! The colors look so natural and feel great on! Skinny Dip and Nude Beach are two of my favorite shades!
COOLA’s Scalp + Hair Mist is another fave for staying sun-safe at the beach!
Have you ever had a scalp sun burn? The actual worst. I actually love using this spray on the girls’ heads. Peyton has such light, fine hair, and Adaline always had more scalp than hair, but spraying their heads with sunscreen was gross. Their hair would be sticky – but that was better than a burn. Thankfully, we don’t have to settle now! This scalp + hair mist is super hydrating and nourishing for your scalp and hair, so while you’re protecting your scalp with SPF 30, you’re also dousing your scalp/hair in Panthenol. (A natural moisturizer derived from ProVitamin B5 that penetrates the hair shaft to improve moisture retention, prevent breakage, and increase shine – woo hoo!)
Protect Your Face
When I first discovered COOLA’s Sun Silk Drops, my mind was blown! This is such a unique product offering! This little guy offers Broad Spectrum SPF 30 UVA/UVB protection, so your face is protected from the sun’s harmful rays, as well as blue light, infrared light, and pollution!
COOLA’s face sunscreen is great. It never feels greasy or oily, and my face doesn’t glisten and shine all day – but it also isn’t white. Like, it rubs in clear. Holy Grail of face sunscreen, guys. It is also available in a white tea scent!
Sunscreen
I typically go for spray sunscreens. Mostly for ease-of-use, but also because I’ve have one too many mishaps with lotions. My hands will end up sticky, and them covered in sand, or it rubs in… but not well. I was hesitant to try COOLA’s lotion after loving their sprays, but my mind was blown!
I love the light Pina Colada scent and this lotion rubs in completely! I also love that it is water-resistant for up to 80 minutes.
Speaking of spray sunscreen, though, this is my go-to from COOLA, and I love the SPF 70 for the girls!
After Sun Care
I have been using COOLA’s Radical Recovery After Sun Lotion like it is going out of style. It is chock-full of all kinds of skin-loving ingredients, like:
