Well, I fully intended on *not* doing this post. Originally, we were going to be relaxing on a beach in Marco Island… but things got real – and they got real REALLY quickly. We are adjusting to our new normal – I’ll go more into that on another post. Today, I am going to share some 2020 Easter Basket ideas with you — all of which you can get while social distancing 😉

Easter Basket Supplies
We have used these metal baskets the last few years. From a storage perspective, they stack, so they store WAY easier than a basket with a handle. I also use them throughout the house for storage.
You can shop some similar baskets here:
I don’t get too crazy – I keep things simple with plastic eggs (I like these ones, because I can fit hair ties and little toys in them), and pink Easter grass! I did see these pre-filled eggs available at Target!
Easter Basket Ideas that Give Back
You’ve seen us share about Cuddle+Kind before, but with current events being what they are, I believe giving back and helping others is paramount! For every doll purchased, Cuddle+Kind feeds 10 children and provides fair trade employment to women artisans in Peru. They are the perfect Easter gifts that give back and make a difference!
Adaline has been eying this pink bunny for a while now. It’s funny, her very favorite toy is a little bunny lovey that she has had since she was a newborn – remember the ones with the crinkle noise?! Well it no longer crinkles, so we are giving her a bunny upgrade for Easter! Also pictured: Eloise the Elephant and Mia the Dog.
Easter Basket Ideas for the Fashionista
If you have a little girl who loves to accessorize, then you’re in the right spot for Easter Basket ideas!
My girls love FabKids shoes – London’s feet grew a full size in the last month, so I snagged the next size up in her go-to pink glitter shoes. Sign up for FabKids here – the outfits are SOOOO cute, too!
I also LOVE OMG Accessories. How fun is this little unicorn donut purse?! The ones below are all on sale (for like $11!!!) with an additional 20% off!
I love Teleties – since they don’t leave ponytail bumps, and don’r rip hair out like an elastic. It’s hard to find ones small enough for the girls’ hair, since it’s still so fine and thin. Teleties come in a bunch of different sizes – check out these tiny sized ones! Perfect to fit into eggs!
Easter Basket Toys
I love practical items (like the shoes and hair ties), but I also love to stash some toys inside the girls’ Easter Baskets!
The girls LOVE their Hairdooz dolls – so I know they’re going to flip when they see the new series of dolls in their baskets! There are 12 new dooz to chooz in the new Series 3 Neonz! The dolls are all hypercolored and frooty scented in a bright, neon bottle! The bottle also transforms into a salon, complete with chair and cape!
The Mini Dooz come in a cute little nail polish bottle! Again, these cute, collectable dolls are frooty scented and arrive posing in their salon chairs, ready to have her hair styled! Put her on a pencil top or attach the included suction cup and stick her everywhere! Look out for the Cheeky Marks nail sticker sheet too!
I was too excited about the Merbabies to wait – so I opened the one. How cute, right??
To find out if your baby is a boy or girl, you can dip these cuties into water to see their tails change color (blue or pink). You can also wind them up (twist their tail) and they swim through the water! I was totally planning on taking these with us on Spring Break — but it looks like we will be playing with them in the bathtub during our “social distancing”!
Easter Basket Ideas for Trips/Health
Again, I was planning on using this for Spring Break, but we are amending our plans due to the coronavirus outbreak. We love Tubby Todd, and they have an adorable Travel Kit with essentials for on-the-go, like: body lotion, body wash, and shampoo. I also love the coconut scent of their hand sanitizer — which is a good item to have on-hand now anyway!
Did your plans for the next weeks change completely in the last few days? Are you doing Easter Baskets? I’d love to know what you’re filling them with – let me know below!
