Father’s Day and David’s Top 10

In honor of Father’s Day and all the awesome things David does (most recently, kicking butt in the backyard and getting the waterfall up and running!), I thought I would share some of my favorite David moments with the girls. Totally not counting all his dad jokes and weird winky face texts (if you know him, you’ll understand!). Here we go:

Dave and Peyton’s first daddy-daughter dance will always be such a special memory for us all!

A random shot from a vacation at my family’s cottage up north, years before it sold. At the time, I had no idea how special all the photos/videos from up there would be. I loved being able to share it with Dave and the girls!

Adaline’s first night at home! I just love how he is looking at Addy!

All the times he took Peyton out fishing, which were probably the most frustrating times for him (shoutout to her attention span!), but these times were the highlight of her summer last year!

I just love that he is the kind of guy who doesn’t take himself too seriously, and goes along with whatever Christmas card idea I come up with!

Shoutout to Dave for being a professional baby-wearer!

Adaline just to have a “fussy time” right before bed (read: screamed her head off for the entire 6:00 hour), the only thing that settled her down was sitting, naked, by the waterfall. I love how serene this photo looks, if you don’t know the whole story 😉

After David had a mini health scare last year, he had to wear a hat to stay cool in the sun, Addy wore a hat because she was bald. I love this sweet capture of my capped-cuties!

And for every memorable moment captured, there are hundreds that are not.

After this weekend’s golf tournament, David is looking forward to a relaxing Father’s Day! He and Peyton plan on golfing in the morning (a tradition they started last year), and then out for ice cream with Dave’s dad! Happiest Father’s Day to you, David!
