Hey, Monday!

Last week was a bit of a crazy week, with Peyton having school canceled twice for ice. With no school day, and two half days at the end of the week, it’s shaping up to be another crazy one. Shoutout to this wooden bead kit for keeping her and London occupied (and keeping me sane).

We had a tiny glimpse of spring weather on Sunday, but it’s back to dreary and cold now. We made the most of our sunny afternoon though! David started taking down all the exterior illumination that was still going strong from Christmas. The girls and I took him snacks, and walked around the yard – so nice to see green grass again! Addy was in the LILLEbaby carrier, and kept gasping and saying, “OH WOW” which is her new favorite thing to say. And mine, too. It is still so crazy to hear her talk, see her stand, and watch her be social. She waved to my mom on FaceTime yesterday! She’s going to be ONE at the end of this month. It seems like she was born a month ago. I am so excited to share some birthday party details with you all soon! First birthdays are so much fun!

I am also taking on a few, fun creative projects this spring, and I absolutely cannot wait to share them with you! This type of work is so much fun, and such a great outlet for me – because, you know, playing with Little People all day everyday just doesn’t quite do it 😉

Totally unrelated, but I found this amazing one-pan dinner recipe over the weekend and it is definitely on my to-make list this week.

And for Peyton, I am looooving this ruffle hem top, we have this top (and it looks so cute layered under a chunky cardi), Peyton needs this mixed fabric dress and this chambray dress, these Disney jammies, and sales like these are a great time to stock up on jeans!
