Friday night was the annual carnival at the country club. They go all out. Dunk tanks, face paint, cotton candy, an amazing buffet, and a ton of games with fun little prizes for the kids to win. London surprised us by going strong all night, and we stayed until the very end of the carnival. I think it must have been the little licks I kept giving her off of my fudgesicle. We went with our good friends. They have two girls, too, and Peyton absolutely loves them.
I tried out a new hairstyle, I watched a tutorial here (and used the two small extensions from my set). I love how it turned out, although it was a total pain to brush out – ouch!
Both girls partied themselves out, and were asleep before we were out of the parking lot. We had a pretty lazy weekend otherwise. Dave’s aunt and uncle were in town, so we went out to dinner with them Saturday. They live across the state, so we don’t see them as often as we’d like.

It looks like it’s going to be a rainy week here, hopefully Mother Nature gets that out of her system by this weekend! We have some serious parade and pool party plans for the holiday! Happy Monday!!

Ha! That’s just my purse – it’s a big one. I still use the backpack one, I love it because it doesn’t take up one arm!! Mine is ju-ju-be!!
