Meet Solinotes

Guys, meet Solinotes. Solinotes, this is everyone! ???? Ok, now that you’ve had a chance to meet Solinotes, let’s talk about what it is!

Crafted in France by top perfume artists, Solinotes offers a cheerful call to creativity through their colorful collection of scents. Sounds expensive and very fancy, right? What if I told you Solinotes perfumes are available at Target?! I KNOW. I AM EXCITED, TOO!!

The scents I have are: Pomelo (grapefruit), Yuzu (lemon + yuzu), and Grenade (pomegranate) — Basically a fruit, citrus explosion!

Each Solinotes Fragrance will run you $20 at Target, which is fairly inexpensive for perfume. I love this price-point, because you can snag 3 for what most fragrances cost! Each Solinotes fragrance is specially designed to be worn alone or mixed together with another scent to create a unique fragrance that fits your mood or occasion. You guys know I loooove layering my fragrances to create a custom-to-me scent!

Here are my favorite blends:

Spritz equal amounts of Pomegranate and Pomelo for a bright and uplifting scent – it’s fresh, fruity, and fun! (I rocked this all of September!)

Yuzu wears well on its own, as it is light and not too overpowering. It smells like the morning in a forest – such a strange thing to liken it to, I know, but it’s what I am reminded of! I add one spritz of this to “refresh” my scent mid-day! The website recommends blending Yuzu and Cherry Blossom together for a splash of playfulness, though.

Out of the 3 Solinotes Perfumes I own, Pomegranate is my favorite. It is sweet and light, but doesn’t smell like candy or bubblegum. None of the scents I have are super overpowering, which is another bonus. Nobody loves that “perfume cloud” that can linger and give you a headache after a while!
