An Autumn Drive

This time of year in Michigan is SO pretty, guys. The leaves are changing, and our usually morning drive is now a breath-taking, colorful show! Adaline and I have made a little habit of doing our own mini Color Tours while the big girls are in school. The other day, we took an autumn drive down a windy little backroad and found a scenic spot to stop for lunch!

Do you every take an autumn drive to look at the leaves? Or a full-blown fall color tour??

I think stringing up the twinkle lights in the Jeep at the Drive-In Concert really made an impression on me????????

Can you believe how cute this stretch of road that we found on our autumn drive is?! I love the coating of leaves over the roadway, and the little rundown wooden fence. Only one car passed us while we were parked, so it was SO quiet and peaceful, especially with the little bits of sunlight coming through the trees.

And there were LOTS of red leaves for Adaline 😉
