Incorporating essential oils into our daily routine has been a game-changer around here. It all started when London’s eczema was out of control, and after trying every cream and lotion, I finally gave “those crazy oils” a try – her skin’s redness was gone within hours, and noticeably smoother, and itched her a lot less after only a few days of using Tea Tree Oil. Another favorite diffuser blend is: 2 drops lavender, 2 drops orange, 2 drops ylang ylang. It fills the kitchen with the sweetest smells!

• 3 drops of bergamot
• 2 drops of grapefruit
• 2 drops of ylang ylang
• fill roller ball bottle with a carrier oil (I use this fractioned coconut oil)

Silent Night – Linen Spray

• 3 drops of cedarwood
• 3 drops of lavender
• fill spray bottle with distilled water
