With all these less is more and capsule wardrobe books coming into the spotlight, I’ve been slowly working to declutter the girls’ closets. While we have our favorite hand-me-downs that all three girls have worn, I’m embarrassed at how many things I am finding that Adaline has only worn once or twice. While we aren’t quite on the minimalist/capsule wardrobe level, I have been making an effort to find more basics that are easily mixed and matched to get the most out of the girls’ wardrobes.
chambray dress | striped peplum top | cuffed shorts | pink ruffle top | skinny jeans | sneakers | long sleeve tops | chambray ruffle top | tutu | denim jacket | black shoes | dress | lace up flats
Chambray and petal pinks just scream, “Spring!” to me! And I love the unexpected mix of stripes in there, too. June and January’s swing dress in raspberry and slate are also must-haves. I love that the dresses are comfy enough for the girl’s to play outside, but they can still twirl whenever an impromptu Taylor Swift dance party strikes! (and we are loving the blush stripe knee highs!) My friend Molly also has the most gorgeous pink bow available in her shop, and it would look perfect with any of the outfits above! And don’t forget a chambray schoolgirl bow!
Happy shopping!!
