If you follow me on instagram, you know we were finishing up some last-minute house things before the baby was born. Spoiler alert: she came early, and we weren’t able to finish everything. However, we were able to get all our new lights hung…we just have printer paper taped to the ceiling to cover the holes where the can lights were while we wait for new drywall. I swear, one day our house will be finished! Hopefully before the girls go to college.
Another easy upgrade I was working on before Adaline was born was to re-do the decor on our shelves. I talked a bit about it on this post. David also bought some really cool cement and reclaimed wood floating shelves for our master bathroom and upstairs half bath. I am so happy with how they turned out, and the impact they have on each room is amazing!
