Take a look at the Jenner girls’ iPhones:
These aren’t cases. The iPhones have been taken apart and reassembled with colors. Apple doesn’t do this, and once it is done, your warranty and insurance are voided. But it’s so cute, right? I’ve been wanting to do this ever since I saw someone post a bubble gum pink iPhone on instagram.
There she is, guys! My raspberry pink iPhone!
Here is what you do. First, if you drop your phone a lot/are prone to shattering screens, this is not for you, because your phone won’t be a cheap fix next time because of the warranty/insurance issues. Next, find a place that will do this. I used Genuis Phone Repair in my local mall. But any phone repair place should do it. It cost me about $130 to do the color swap, and it has a 90 warranty if the touch screen fails or something equally as terrible. There are all different colors and patterns, but make sure you get the correct carrier (i.e. Verizon or AT&T), they have different fits on the phone!! And voila! Now your iPhone has swag!
** Do me a favor, and make sure they give you the original pieces of your phone. Even if you will never do anything with them. The store will try to resell the parts. Don’t just GIVE money away, guys!
